LetSync Onlne is an application that will allow you to integrate QuickBooks Online and your database. LetSync Online will import and export data from QuickBooks Online through QuickBooks Online API. LetSync Online will allow the creation of an automated background operation that will keep your data synchronized between your QuickBooks Online company files and your databases. LetSync Online will always take QuickBooks Online as a master database of records making this impossible to overwrite updates made in QuickBooks Online. LetSync Online will create the schema of its table on your database server which is just mirroring the QuickBooks Online API schema. LetSync Online will be capable of writing or reading from that schema of its tables. Also, LetSync Online will be able to import, export, and delete using your custom mapping.
LetSync Online is a subscription-based application. Your subscription will include a maintenance plan to keep up with QuickBooks Online guidelines and security updates, and your database server updates. Company Files, are QuickBooks Online company file that needs to be configured in LetSync Online; LetSync Online supports limited company files based on your subscription. Databases, are the databases that you will create using LetSync Online on your server; for database servers like PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Azure, the database needs to be created on the server end then LetSync Online will be able to add the table schema to it. Tasks, are the operations that will allow you to populate your database from QuickBooks Online, import data to QuickBooks Online from your database, and generate reports that can be sent to the database daily running either manually or in the background.
